The family, who usually comes to this villa to spend time on the beach, asked us to make it no less attractive than the view from its terrace.
Materials: concrete, travertine facade, mix of stone, walnut wood panels.
Our task was to fully organize this space: to partially change the facade, to design the landscape with a swimming pool and a house adjoining territory.
We wrapped the entire building into modern facade cladding and arranged the windows to let exterior daylight back into the interior spaces. The landscape layout was moved and designed to extend the openness of the entry up to the beach house.
Creating contrast with the sandy beach, we planted the whole territory with greenery suited to the taste of the owner.
And here goes vacation: in the courtyard, we glazed the lounge area near the pool, built a wooden sun shading and placed the plants so the owners could be in their own oasis.
