This project shows how to fully take advantage of the terrace space. This high-floor terrace has been designed to match all kinds of weather. The client’s main requirement was to be able to enjoy the view and to never be limited by cold winds. So, this space had to be cozy and functional at the same time.

The terrace is divided into three zones. On the left side is a space for meals and rest with a large table and comfy sofas. In the center, an indoor part of the terrace is located. Glass walls can be opened and closed depending on the weather. On the right, a relaxation zone with a bio-fireplace and couch welcomes guests.

It seems as if it is an oasis among the stone jungle. Our team has taken care of all the scenarios and ensured that the space could be rearranged and used regardless of the weather. We made very thoughtful zoning; thanks to closed and open parts, there are places for rest and preparing snacks.

Our space contains all the elements necessary for fulfilling rest and quality time with family and guests. Thanks to the sofas and armchairs, here is a place to rest and contemplate the landscapes that open from the terrace. To add freshness and vivacity, we have also used a lot of plants to make the space both bright and healthy.

The primary function of the terrace is to allow guests to relax in comfort and enjoy the open space. Here we have organized a vast seating area with lots of Minotti furniture. Here you can invite all relatives, and relatives of relatives. All will fit. So that you do not feel like you are in a stone jungle, we have decorated the space with many green plants.

Also, in this part, we organized a space for eating. You can prepare snacks and your favorite drinks in another area with a comfortable Bespoke table, and here you can place your treats for guests on the sofas and low tables of Minotti and Carpet. When there is such a need, large white umbrellas give a welcoming cool shadow. Light-blue Minotti outdoor sofa amplified by white and light-colored decorative components build up aesthetics.

Although the area is in the open air, you will not disturb the scorching sun or heavy wind. To protect everyone from prickly wind, the terrace offers a closed space. That is also great for hot days when the sun is scorching. There is air conditioning for hot times. So you can comfortably relax on soft and comfortable furniture and do not worry about anything.

A great view is an integral part of a well-projected terrace. We made a covered zone on this terrace made of glass to use without sacrificing beauty entirely. There are also additional mobile fences; the roof can be shielded with a textile roller blind. But at other times, you can enjoy the lights and vastness of the big city.

Probably the most fertile time to relax on the terrace is sunset. We created a particular outdoor area with luxurious Talenti Cliff sofas, and a round fireplace was placed in the center of the composition. It is a pleasure to spend evenings with friends and family here. The whole area is made in warm colors associated with the sunset.

Particular attention should be paid to details and decorations. Although the fence of this terrace is glass, we have added green plants for comfort. Minotti tables also effectively fit into the interior and serve as a convenient stand for your drinks, snacks, or just for books and magazines.

Our team has also made the space functional. There is a Bespoke utility block providing accessible storage space. This main table for storing and preparing food looks solid in this composition of light elements. Our goal was to make the space simple and as convenient as possible but not lose the aesthetic.

You can make treats for your guests here — it’s convenient because you don’t need to go somewhere far for this. This zone has a wide Tribu dining table and Vondom chairs. There are also tables and chairs in other areas that can be used for snacks, but only this one can be called a full-fledged dining area. It's great that you can dine and watch the views from a bird's eye.
